  • All meal prep plans are picked up/delivered on Tuesdays between 3pm - 8pm.
  • If you subscribe for a monthly plan you can get your meals a week at a time or a month at a time (if a month you will need to freeze most of your meals for quality)
  • All plans can be cancelled/put on hold at any time.
  • The menu changes monthly however we have some fan favorites that will always be available.
  • We recommend custom plans for all dietary restrictions to guarantee the meals meet your needs (Keto, Gluten-free, Vegan/Vegetarian, etc)
